"With hair of black iris and Kanzashi made from feathers, snakes, and Japanese flowers. Look closer and you will see a serpent. The serpent is said to contain the power and energy of the universe that resides within us all. Through the shedding of her skin, she is a symbol of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing and in Japan snakes have become a good luck omen" - Louise.
